This Privacy Policy explains what information Veenew collects and how it is used.
Veenew collects your email address when you create an account. This email is used for authentication, account identification, and communication related to your account.
The information we collect is used to operate and maintain Veenew. Your email helps us authenticate your account, display your profile and posts, communicate with you if necessary, and keep the service secure. We only use your information for purposes related to running the platform.
Veenew uses a cookie to store an authentication key so the system can recognize that you are logged in. This cookie is only used for login purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no cookies are set on individual blog subdomains.
Veenew uses Cabin Analytics, a privacy-first web analytics service, to understand general usage of the platform and improve the service. Cabin Analytics is designed to collect privacy-friendly, aggregated usage information and does not use advertising or behavioral tracking. Analytics is only collected on the root domain and not on user subdomains.
Veenew does not sell your personal data and does not share your information with third parties except as described in this document or when required by law. We do not use advertising technologies, behavioral profiling, or invasive tracking systems to monitor your activity.
You are in control of your account and content. You can edit your profile, download your content, or delete your account and associated data at any time.
If you delete your account, your data will be removed from the platform. Access logs are automatically deleted after a short retention period, typically within seven days.
In certain situations, Veenew may be required to provide information such as your email address or access logs if requested by law or through a valid legal process.
Veenew relies on trusted third-party infrastructure providers to host our source code and store your data in secure environments. The application is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform, and user data is stored in MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB Cloud). These providers are responsible for maintaining the underlying infrastructure and security of the environments in which the service operates.
Veenew uses Canny.io to collect and manage user feedback, feature requests, and suggestions. Information you voluntarily submit through feedback page is processed by that service in accordance with its own privacy practices. We use this information solely to review feedback and improve the platform.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep the platform secure, but no system can guarantee complete security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Veenew after changes are made indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
